FilingForge is built and operated by Nandan Pugalia, an independent developer (sole proprietor) based in Kolkata, West Bengal 700019, India. Project email and hosting run under the operator's domain, alphaforge.cloud — so a different domain on the contact address is expected and not a third party.

What to email us about

• Purchases & delivery — didn't get your Skill, or it isn't working.
• Refunds — see the Refund & Delivery Policy; email us with your purchase email.
• Privacy — to ask what data we hold or to delete it (see the Privacy Policy).
• Anything else — questions, feedback, partnerships.

We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.
